Mahabharata Relief

A masterpiece of the master engravers in Indonesia. Not just gorgeous, Mahabharata Relief is also very robust, because it is crafted from a single piece of teak. When the engravers started their work, the teak was already 52 year-old, giving you an additional guarantee of the wood forte.

The antique Mahabharata Relief has a very complicated three-dimensional carving. Unsurprisingly, the making process alone took a full 10 months. They did not use any paint or varnish it, thus the natural beauty of the wood fibers is still there.
