When did last time you do some exercise? Yes, I mean sport. I myself, a month ago. Gosh. I hope that you’re not that lazy. A lot of excuses crossed my mind: freeze weather, get tired of working, got something more important to do, no room for doing any exercise, the training machine is broken, bla-bla-bla.
But then I think, come on, cut the BS! If there is a will, there is a way. “You don’t need any equipment to do some workouts,” I said to myself. “Even more, you don’t have a large room to do that!” So, let’s bring the good habit in routine activity. The most important key is to create your workout space.
Don’t think you have enough room in your home? Well, think again! For the least, you can find a space in your home dedicating as a workout space. Decide where. The extra bedroom, office, or even a back porch or patio, are all wonderful spaces for doing exercise.
Worst case, if you don’t have a spare room, your bedroom or living room is ok. Just clean up your exercise space of mess and distractions. Keep away all gadgets, papers, or other items that might call your attention from your exercises. Then, do your healthy program.
